Even in the summer time, I like to dress up simple outfits with booties. This #ootd look is easy to get at any price.

How to get the look:

Tanks or muscle tees: favorite at the moment, free people's 'long beach' tank.

Cutoff shorts: finding the right pair of short-shorts could be hard to find. I'd recommend one teaspoon shorts. Although pricey, they launder really nice and always cover your bum.

Booties: Designer Sam Edelman. Personally, I invest in neutral color shoes. Now having a neutral pair, you can mix and match with any outfit.
